1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "l8988", "we", "us", "our" refers to the l8988 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://l8988.io.
• "Platform" means the l8988 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and gaming products.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the l8988 platform by an eligible individual.

2.4 Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of the l8988 operating entity or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios are not eligible to hold a Player account or participate in any promotional offers.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access the full range of l8988 services, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. You may only hold one account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.3 l8988 may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This process may require you to submit copies of a government-issued photo identity document, proof of residential address dated within three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. l8988 will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 You must not register an account or place bets on behalf of any other person. l8988 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with third parties, allowing third parties to operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party are all prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

3.5 l8988 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any other person. l8988 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available through your account security settings.

4.2 All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been carried out by you. l8988 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact l8988 support immediately via the live chat facility in your account dashboard. l8988 will suspend the account pending investigation.

4.4 l8988 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from l8988 that requests your password or full payment card details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the l8988 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l8988 accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

5.6 Funds deposited into your l8988 account must be used for betting and gaming activities. l8988 is not a banking service and does not pay interest on account balances. Where an account is dormant for a continuous period of 12 months or more with a remaining balance, l8988 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee as specified in the account dashboard, and may ultimately close the account and donate any remaining balance to a charitable cause after providing advance notice to the registered email address.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 l8988 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other incentives to eligible account holders. All such promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. These individual promotion terms are published alongside each offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances in your account wallet. Wagering requirements must be met in full using qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance. Real-money funds deposited into your account are not subject to wagering requirements unless you have specifically opted into a bonus offer.

6.3 l8988 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any amendments will not adversely affect the legitimate expectations of players who have already started meeting the wagering requirements of a current active bonus.

6.4 Bonuses are available to personal accounts only and may only be used by the account holder. Bonus abuse — including the opening of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk wagering strategies to drain wagering requirements, or any form of collusion with other players — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings, and may result in account closure.

6.5 l8988 reserves the right to decline to offer any promotional incentive to any player without providing a reason.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the l8988 platform are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant event and market, which are published within the Platform's sports betting section. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable betting rules.

7.2 Bets are not confirmed until you have received an explicit confirmation message within the Platform. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet will be void and any stake will be returned to your account balance.

7.3 l8988 reserves the right to void any bet, either before or after the relevant event has concluded, in the following circumstances: (a) the bet was placed at clearly incorrect or erroneous odds; (b) the event to which the bet relates was subject to corruption, match-fixing, or irregular activity; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; (d) a technical error resulted in the generation of incorrect market data.

7.4 Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the sports betting interface. l8988 reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.

7.5 In-play betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. l8988 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets and accepts no liability for the unavailability of in-play markets due to data feed failures, network disruptions, or event delays beyond our control.

7.6 Cricket betting — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international fixtures — is subject to the standard sports betting rules supplemented by specific cricket market rules published within the Platform. 8. Casino & Game Rules

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by Applicable Laws.

9.2 l8988 operates anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) monitoring procedures in accordance with applicable financial crime prevention standards. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions or activity to the relevant authorities and to freeze associated account funds pending investigation.

10. Intellectual Property
